Can I order Internationally? (Outside of the UK)

All CAST kits can be used and returned from anywhere in the world. We don't currently have any restrictions* on where we deliver kits to, but returning your complete waxes / receiving your jewellery can come at an additional cost.

Our US team will be available to receive, cast and return your waxes from within the domestic USA. This means, for all our US customers, there will be no additional delivery/return costs! Booyah!

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer The Heirloom Kit at this time, but we are working to get this available in 2023.

European Union

You can order any CAST kits and products to EU countries. However, following the new Brexit changes there may be a level of import tax to pay on both your kit and jewellery pieces. We'll always do our best to ensure that any import disruption is minimal. You may be contacted by a local courier or mail service if there are any import duties to pay, so please ensure that your email and phone number are up to date on your order.

All Other Countries

We supply CAST products to every country that our couriers make available to us. We do not cover import taxes, so you may be contacted to cover import costs for orders being received to your host country. The amount varies based on the current duty rates for your country and can change from time to time. We'll always do our best to ensure that any import disruption is minimal. You may be contacted by a local courier or mail service if there are any import duties to pay, so please ensure that your email and phone number are up to date on your order.

Returning your Wax

All international wax returns

Your enclosed freepost envelope is intended for DOMESTIC (UK) USE ONLY. If you return your wax using this envelope from overseas without paying any additional postage charges, it is highly likely that the wax will not be received by us and will be lost.

Returning your wax to us from overseas can be done using the enclosed tin and envelope. As your mail will cover a much larger distance, the chance of it being damaged increase. We therefore recommend that you either add additional padding and reinforcements to your envelope. Alternatively, you can return in a different, more padded and secure parcel/envelope. You will need to pay for any international delivery fees when returning your wax to us.

Please ensure that your unique kit ID and/or casting voucher code is clearly visible on or inside the packaging in order for us to quickly reconcile your wax to your online submission.

Jewellery Returns

All international jewellery returns

All completed jewellery returns to the UK are free and included in the cost of your casting. Overseas returns are subject to an additional delivery fee that is payable on the submission form. The fee is dependent on the country you wish to receive your jewellery to.

As above, we do not cover any import taxes or duties at your chosen return country. If there is any duty to pay, you may be contacted by the local courier to cover these costs and release your jewellery from customs.
